Booking & Payment

Bookings require full or part payment in advance
Rates may vary depending on location, duration, and availability

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in may be partially refunded
No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows

House Rules

No smoking indoors unless specified
No parties or loud noise after 10:00 PM
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items

Car Rentals

Rental Requirements

Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
A valid form of ID is required before release

Payments & Deposit

Full payment is required before the car is handed over
A refundable security deposit may apply depending on vehicle type

Fuel & Mileage

Cars must be returned with the same fuel level
Additional mileage may incur extra charges based on your rental package

Damages & Penalties

Renters are liable for any traffic violations, accidents, or damages during the rental period

Car Sales

Inspection & Documentation

Buyers are encouraged to inspect cars before purchase
Vehicles come with full documentation including VIN and customs clearance

Payment Policy

Cars are sold upon full payment
Installment payments are available upon agreement and documented terms

Return Policy

All vehicles are sold "as is"
No refunds or exchanges unless clearly stated in a signed agreement
